So we have since heard that our land should register in March /April (it’s 28 Mar already) so there is still a few things to do (it doesn’t end). The list to do list at the moment is:
– organise the loan
– think about landscaping and have a plan drawn up for the council
I’ve contacted the council and had some info as every suburb need to follow some rules about landscaping…and it doesn’t really make any sense…
Today we went back to a couple of the display home to get some ideas.
I really like the idea to have the decking all the way to the side fence so the bbq can sit outside
And if I’m not allowed I’ll but some srubs there..
The rest of the back yard will prob lawn with a clothes line (boring).g
Out the front I want the deck to reach out to the driveway so then there is no need for any kind of pathway to the front door. This pic from the website I really like.
With this idea of a front garden with scrubs and long grass etc. ohh this shit will be expensive :(.
